Bing added a new Photo feature,now Bing lets you find that special photo posted on Facebook."With more than 300 million photos uploaded to Facebook per day, photo viewing is one of the most popular things people do on Facebook," Ian Lin, Senior Program Manager, Bing Social Team said in a blog post.

This new Feature from makes the browsing more visual.The user who want to use this feature may Visit www.bing.com/friendsphotos and have to login with Facebook and explore the photos posted by your friend on facebook .

On Bing, your Facebook privacy settings are always respected. Your Facebook friends will only be able to see the photos you have made viewable, and you will only see photos your friends have made viewable, and your photos will never be shared with the public.

STEP 1  First of all create a new layer and make a selection on it with a polygonal lasso tool.

STEP  3  Now go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian Blur.Then adjust the Gaussian blur,Gaussian blur will make the color appear faded at the edges which will give the realistic look.

STEP  4  Similarly create other layers of other colors if you want to add more then one color and also adjust the opacity of the layers.

Select the eraser tool with the opacity of 2 to 5 % and erase along the edges of the layers to get a more realistic look.
